False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are offered at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These courses begin at NCV level two as well as the minimum prerequisite would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

At the time the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they might then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level 3 would here be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, currently being comparable to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree 2 that's equivalent to an NQF level two.

On which kind of scholars are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that traditional schooling just isn't always the sole means of turning into an artisan or turning out to be competent so if a student knows from an early age what their interests are, the NCV programme is actually properly suited for that student.
